Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

Essential Job Function

  • Develop and implement a growth-focused Marketing Strategy for Atlantic Aviation Group encompassing all revenue streams within the group.
  • Provide AAG Leadership with key industry insights and trends in relevant market segments to support business strategy development.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team and identify talent to increase individual, team and organisational effectiveness. Foster a culture of open engagement and achievement within the team.
  • Partner with AAG Commercial team to develop and execute annual and long-range marketing plans based on in-depth understanding of market conditions, competitor analysis, market segmentation, market trends, customer needs, and competitive position.
  • Implement marketing plans to increase market share, brand equity, create differentiation, and promote AAG value proposition in partnership with relevant business streams.
  • Lead the digital marketing effort to support brand awareness, positive customer experience, lead-generation, demand creation, and on-line positioning of the AAG product offering.
  • Lead external PR efforts in partnership with 3rd party providers to support successful delivery of the company strategy and continuously enhance company reputation with all stakeholders.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budget to achieve the agreed business goals.
  • Define, develop, and implement marketing targets in conjunction with the CCO.
  • Other duties and responsibilities identified by the CCO as it relates to Marketing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role with experience of managing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in a marketing related discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with proven track record in use of marketing analysis to support business strategy development.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills and a proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Aviation industry experience and knowledge is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to link functional goals and company objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with customers and internal teams to build sustainable relationships.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.

Typical Working Conditions

  • Based in Shannon with option of remote working up to 2 x days per week.
  • PPE is provided by Atlantic Aviation Group and its use is mandatory in the performance of your work if operating in zones where PPE is required.
  • Must satisfy and maintain airport security requirements.
