Patrick Jordan

Patrick Jordan is Executive Chairman of AAG. He has over 3 decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur and businessperson.

Educated at University College Galway and University College Dublin, he founded Easy Access in 1992 and sold it to Siteserv Plc in 2006. He entered into the aviation industry in 2015 by acquiring and rebranding Transaero as Atlantic Aviation Group, he led significant expansions, including the acquisitions of Flybe Aviation Services and Lufthansa Technik Shannon Ltd. Patrick also invested in EirTrade Aviation and owns Secto Services Ltd, a telecom services company.

Shane O’Neill

Shane O’Neill is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AAG, having joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2015. He became CEO in 2017, driving the company’s 2030 strategy focused on people, culture, and sustainable growth.

With over 20 years in technical services, Shane holds a Degree in Quality Management, a Masters in Reliability, and an Executive MBA. He is passionate about business and developing people to achieve organisational goals.

Colm Hamrogue

Colm Hamrogue is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AAG. He joined the Group in May 2025. Colm is responsible for AAG’s MRO activities and operations.

Colm was previously CEO of TDX in New Zealand, the largest construction equipment importer and full-service agent, for brands like Volvo CE and Yanmar CE. He has General Management experience in transport, and was COO of Farmlands, New Zealand’s largest rural supplies agri co-operative. Colm holds a degree in strategic management and planning and a master’s in Public Affairs and Political Communications.

Anthony Brennan

Anthony Brennan is Chief People Officer (CPO) and joined AAG in June 2021. Formerly HR Director at CityJet, he has extensive HR management experience across various industries.

Anthony holds a Master’s in Business Administration and focuses on developing a high-performing organisation aligned with AAG’s core values. He is dedicated to optimising people-centred activities such as talent acquisition, learning & development, and cultural development.

Joe Martin

Joe Martin is Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager and joined AAG in 1983.

With over 40 years of experience in the industry, he leads compliance monitoring, aviation SMS, and EHS activities, ensuring AAG meets or exceeds aviation authority and customer quality standards. Joe is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance at AAG.

Plunkett Tormay

Plunkett Tormay is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AAG since April 2025 and is responsible for driving our financial strategy.

Plunkett joined us from Neylon’s Facilities Management, where he held the position of Finance Director. His impressive career includes previous roles as head of finance and CFO, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to AAG. Plunkett is a chartered accountant and tax accountant and holds an MBA, highlighting his strong commitment to excellence.
