Atlantic Aviation Group raises €7,017 for charities Samaritans Ennis & Clare and Irish Community Air Ambulance
Atlantic Aviation Group are delighted to share that this year, we have raised a total of €7,017 for charity through a variety of fundraising events through our ‘Making a Difference’ initiative. The Atlantic Aviation Group Making a Difference initiative is focused on engaging our employees in giving something back to the community, helping those in need and raising awareness.
Funds were raised through generous donations from employees, along with donations from the company and Patrick Jordan, Executive Chairman of Atlantic Aviation Group. Employees took part in a number of fun and engaging activities throughout the year to raise money for our worthy charity partners including coffee mornings, last man standing, on-site basketball challenges and concert ticket raffles.
On March 22nd, we were delighted to present a donation of €3,508 to representatives of Samaritans Ennis & Clare. An equal donation will be presented to Irish Community Air Ambulance.
The donation was presented by the Making a Difference committee alongside Patrick Jordan, Executive Chairman, and Shane O’Neill, CEO.
As part of the presentation, the team met with volunteers from the Samaritans Ennis & Clare to learn more about their work in the community and how the donation will support them to continue this important service. We are very grateful to have worked alongside two worthy charities and look forward to working with two new charities in 2022.
