Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

Essential Job Function

  • Work with, but not limited to, the compliance, operations, safety, and engineering departments to organise, develop and distribute policy documentation, process and procedural documents and associated work instructions that support lean business and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Maintenance of controlled document registers
  • Co-ordinate training on policy, process changes.
  • Organise the correspondence and distribution of data, documents, and listings to the various National Airworthiness Authorities.
  • Monitors status of regulatory changes and ensures documentation are submitted according to schedule.
  • Preparing compliance and safety reports.
  • Organise and retain management records for Compliance & Safety.
  • Scheduling key Compliance and Safety activity.
  • Assist with supplier and 3rd party audit requests.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ideally, you will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Administration role.
  • Preferably you should have experience in Document Control, Project Administration, and Quality systems.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and continuous improvement focuses. Excellent communication skills, and strong IT/Microsoft Office skills.
  • An ability to consistently meet multiple and often parallel deadlines. Familiarity with Quality Standards, example ISO, would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal; written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Must satisfy and maintain airport security requirements.

Typical Working Conditions

  • Must satisfy and maintain the required medical standard.
  • Work is performed at the AAG Hangar in Shannon.
  • PPE is provided by AAG, and its use is mandatory in the performance of your work.
  • Must satisfy and maintain airport security requirements.
