Atlantic Aviation Group are going through a significant period of growth and are looking for an ambitious, experienced and qualified HR Consultant on a fixed term contract to lead a variety of strategic human resource projects to support the group in the next phase of its transformation.
The HR Consultant is accountable for the provision of high-level human resource management advice and consultancy services to senior management and staff. You will help the company optimize key strategic people projects such as performance and people development management, talent management and succession planning, as well as implementing strategic HR plans and technology. The goal is to significantly maximize the value of our HR endeavours that will help the business as a whole. The HR Consultant cooperates closely with the HR Business Partner as the strategic agenda of HR and the business unit leadership is fully understood and implemented. The person will work closely with our management teams to implement and sustain a culture of high performance and entrepreneurial culture.
General Responsibility:
- The HR Consultant will provide support in the areas of Compensation, Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Reporting and Talent Acquisition
- Initiate and lead key human resource development projects and activities that contribute to building a positive high performing organisational environment
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Identifies key talents across the business and prepares the individual development plans for key talents
Key Requirements
- Experience in providing an expert advisory and consultancy service to management and staff on a wide range of complex human resource management matters and projects
- At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Manager / HR Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of driving a culture of learning and development
- Experience acting as an executive coach, working with middle and senior management
- Excellent communication, facilitation and consulting skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in human resources, business administration, organisational development or relevant field
